About Me
I am a Sport & Exercise Psychologist in Training with a background in psychology and Stage 2 training in Sport & Exercise Psychology. My work is built on the belief that athletes don't need 'fixing' - they need space to understand themselves and find flexibility in how they respond when sport gets difficult.
Sport has been a big part of my own life. I've been involved in football, endurance training, gym training, running, cycling, swimming and triathlon. I’ve experienced the excitement of pushing myself, but also the frustration of setbacks, doubt, pressure and wondering whether I can actually do what I've set out to do. Those experiences don't make me an expert in your experience - you are. But they have given me a genuine appreciation of how much sport can mean to people.

Words from past client...
“The sessions have helped massively to improve his mindset and how he has approached and reacted to his performances. He has been a totally different player compared to the start of the season. Cam explained things in a way that was easily understood and gave him practical tools that have been very effective.”
