About Me

I’m Cameron Lowrie, a Sport and Exercise Psychologist based in the North West of England.

I’ve spent years involved in sport - football, endurance training, gym work, triathlons.

 

I know what it feels like to push your limits, deal with injury, doubt yourself, and still want more.

My approach is simple:

I believe people have the ability to help themselves.

My role isn’t to “fix” you.


It’s to help you understand your own mind better, build useful tools, and take control of your performance.

Sessions are practical, honest and tailored to you.
